Bits $ Buys

Project Status: Complete

From October 7, 2014 to present, the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) department has been participating in a Lean initiative, Bits $ Buys, which is focused on the ICT procurement process. In particular, we have been working with our customers to better understand their required products and services, to reduce the overall effort to request an ICT purchase and to reduce the elapsed time between the initiation of a purchase request and the actual purchase of the products.
