Project Status: Complete

In January 2016 a Yellow Belt Lean Project was initiated to focus on improvement opportunities, to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of obtaining supplies for the Direct Service Nurses in the St. Claude Home Care office. Our goal is to understand this process more fully, identify opportunities for improvement, test trial changes and consider spreading changes if tests are successful.
