Project Status: Complete

In November 2016 a 5S Lean Project was initiated in the Steinbach Home Care Office. The goal was to spread the successes that were realized during a LEAN project done in St. Claude (Law and Ordering). The focus was on improving the organization and efficient use of home care supplies and creating an easy to use top up list. By using the 5 S methodology, Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize and Sustain we hope to eliminate waste and improve our ordering process.
