Strategic Plans
In Southern Health-Santé Sud, strategic planning is a combined effort of all levels of stakeholders. It represents an extensive process of consultation, discussion, review and analysis by the Board of Directors, all levels of staffing, and most importantly – the patients and families we serve each day. Strategic Plans position us for success to support residents in our communities and promote collaborative teamwork within our organization.
