Project Status: Completed
In November 2016 a Yellow Belt Lean Project was initiated to focus on streamlining the recall/alert process for products and equipment to ensure only those that need to act on the recall/alert are being requested to do so. Bethesda Regional Health Center has been chosen as the facility to measure the current process, as well as test potential improvements. Our goal is to ensure that the Client Services Managers are only receiving and acting on regional recalls/alerts that are applicable to their specific departments.
