Project Status: Complete

In June 2016 a 5S Lean Project was initiated to focus on improving the organization and efficient use of the supply, storage and meeting areas at the La Broquerie Regional Office. By using the 5 S methodology, Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize and Sustain we hope to eliminate waste, create organized tidy storage and meeting spaces and improve our ordering process.
