Rub a Dub Dub

Project Status: Complete

In the fall of 2012, a green belt project called Rub a Dub Dub was initiated to address how to manage the increasing laundry poundage due to the ever increasing heavy client care at Centre de santé St. Claude Health Centre. The team focused on standardizing the work routines for laundry workers, minimizing stocking processes, reducing paperwork in data collection and reducing foreign objects in personal laundry.
