Lean Mean Ordering Machine
Project Status: Complete
In August 2012, a Green Belt Lean Project was initiated by the Carman Home Care office identified the ordering of supplies was frustrating staff as they did not have the right supplies to provide care to clients, yet they were running out of room to stock new supplies as they arrived. A LEAN project was initiated to investigate the process and identify opportunities for change to the existing process.
