Project Status: Completed

In November 2017 a Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma Project was initiated by a 9 member team to develop a homebirth kit which could be pre-delivered to the client’s home. This would reduce the number of bags midwives carry/transport in their vehicles. This project was regional, including both midwife teams, Steinbach and Winkler.
