Assignment Task Plans & Training Records – Home Care Attendants
Case Coordinators may assign client-care tasks to a Home Care Attendant (HCA) that is considered an activity of daily living normally performed by a Regulated Health Professional. To be assigned the task must fall within the approved assignment task list. The Case Coordinator completes the appropriate Assigned Task Condition Assessment and proceeds to procedure in Assignment of Tasks policy. If the task meets the Condition of Assessment the identified Task Form (Group or Client Specific) and Training Record are completed.
